Three times Olympic medalist Tory Bowie is from Mississippi who won gold at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games., He was found dead in A Florida Houseofficials said Wednesday.
She is 32 years old.
His management company and USA Track & Field announced his death. No cause of death has been shared.
“We have lost a client, dear friend, daughter and sister.” Icon Management Inc. said in a statement. “Tori was a champion…a beacon of light that shone so brightly! We are truly heartbroken and our prayers go out to the family, friends and all who loved her.”
Orange County sheriff’s deputies were asked Tuesday afternoon to “check on the well-being of a woman in her 30s who had not been seen or heard from in several days,” an agency spokeswoman said.
The woman found dead in the Winter Garden home has been identified as Frentorish “Tori” Bowie, and there are “no signs of foul play,” the sheriff said.
Orange County Chief Medical Examiner Joshua Stefani said the cause and manner of death are pending.

He always credited his success to loved ones in rural Mississippi, especially his grandmother who raised him.
“There are no stop lights at Sand Hill, not one,” she said In a 2016 interview. “That’s all I’ve known all my life. So I’m a little country girl, even at heart.”
Co Olympian Lolo Jones40, wrote on Instagram that she was “devastated” by the news of Bowie’s death.
“To his family, thank you for creating such a beautiful person. I pray that you are surrounded by God’s comfort during this time,” Jones wrote. “The running community mourns an incredible loss. Rest in peace Tori.”
