Two people have been killed in Ukrainian shelling in a Russian village, the local governor said

A video posted on Bogomas’ Telegram channel shows people coming out of the damaged building at night.

One person in the video can be heard saying, “They pulled a woman out. They’re still checking on a baby. Not sure. Terrible.”
