It’s with broken hearts that we the family, announce the sudden passing of Mrs. Anastasia Chaytor, age 74 years on April 22, 2018. Anastasia loved the outdoors, skidooing, going to their cabin, gardening but most of all her family. As an active senior she will be missed greatly from the community of Croque. Saddened and left to mourn are her husband, Vergus Chaytor; son Edward (Lori); daughters, Josephine (Wilbert), Georgina (Wade) and Valda (Ranil). Left with cherished memories of their grandmother are her grandchildren Mason (Gail), Jasmine (Tobias), Brittany, Michael, Matthew, Amber, Keagan, Cameron and Nathan; her little great- grandchildren, Ember, Katie and Lucas. Also leaving to mourn are her brothers and sisters; Nell (Bernard) Clarke, Don (Bridget) Reardon, Winston Reardon, Cassie (Ross) Reardon, Jack (Emma) Reardon, Cyril Reardon, Caroline Whalen, Bridget (Len) Reardon, Linda (Craig) Pilgrim and their families. Anastasia is predeceased by her parents Maurice and Josephine Reardon and sister Diana Pilgrim. Special thank you to Father George for the beautiful ceremony; Elizabeth Kearney of Croque for the family service and help in preparing for the celebration of her life; and to the Fillatres Funeral Home in St. Anthony, NL for their caring and compassionate service. Visitation was held from Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral home and the Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church in Croque. The funeral was held on April 28th, 2018 from the Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church in Croque with Fr. George officiating. Inurnment to follow at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
