The St. Anthony Come Home Year Committee is in the final stretch of preparations for this year's Come Home Year to be held from July 20 to 29 and the last chance to register will be up until midnight of March 16.
Deputy Mayor and Come Home Year committee chair Marilyn Walker, said around 2800 people have registered so far but they will not be extending the deadline after the March 16 cut off.
"If you're not registered, you're gonna miss the time of your life," said Ms. Walker.
Guests who aren't registered will not be able to get into events, which include headlining act Sabrina Whyatt and a long list of talented musicians coming to town.
The Come Home Year office will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 16 for those who want to register in person. The website will accept registrations online until midnight Newfoundland time that evening.
